This document summarizes a Nordplus Adult Project taking place from 2016 to 2018 in Estonia. The project aims to support self-directed learning in the workplace to increase transversal skills and employability. It will utilize an andragogical model of adult learning that emphasizes involving learners in planning, delivering, and evaluating their own learning. The project will also promote principles of adult learning like experience, relevance, readiness, and involvement. It will facilitate self-directed learning through climate setting, identifying needs and goals, choosing resources and strategies, and reflecting on progress.
