3. Social interaction is a complex process and we
found it interesting that humans respond more
quickly in groups but that more complex acts
are hindered.

this study, we gathered statistics about
the effects of teamwork to the employee
productivity.
However, our research did not cover the
causes of social interaction in workplace
and limited in staff’s UTeM. We have
constraint timing to do this research to other
staffs from different university. We really
hope that this research can be continued
by other students.

We have decided to choose questionnaire
method to conduct our research.
In our research, we spread questionnaire to
20 respondents namely lecturer of Faculty
of Information and Communication
Technology.
We choose this method because the
responses are gathered in a standardized
way, so questionnaires are more objective,
certainly more so than interviews..

same family (same workplace) receive
