(I): THINK A ‘FOUR STEP’ TRAFFIC
LIGHT INSTEAD OF THREE
 Use a Four Step Traffic Light System to Score
Indicators (Green, Yellow, Orange, and Red). In relation
to a specific indicator:
 Orange indicates that a large extent of work has been carried out
 Yellow indicates that a limited extent of work has been carried out
NB: This system was used in the ‘Equitable Access Score Card’
