2. LEASE ADMINISTRATION DUTIES

Review lease documents and change notifications
to ensure accuracy of data in the computer system
Maintain data on leasing module with respect to
move-in/move-out dates, free rent, rent escalations,
percentage rent, termination dates and
cancellations. Run rent roll, ensuring all billing
rate and escalation changes are properly reflected
in the monthly revenue figure posted to the GL

Liaise with on-site staff such as property
administrators and internal clients such as
asset managers and the accounting
department
Supervised lease administration staff
Prepared ad-hoc leasing and financial
reports
