The business of department stores is evolving: an omni-channel approach is now essential to satisfy customer demands. In order
to meet the needs of this new business model, cultural and organizational transformation is needed, the IS being a key feature.
That is why the IT department decided to transform its structure to implement an “agile” model. In order to succeed, onepoint
was mandated to take inventory and make recommendations that will determine a transformation road map towards agility.
In the context of the merger of Banque Fédérale des Banques Populaires and Caisse Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne, onepoint
took care of the architecture repository, carrying out activities such as Repository IS mapping, scenario proposal, definition of the
target and the transformation path, as well as strategic and operational Product Owner support for the management of
repository evolutions and user assistance, process optimization, and change management.
In the aftermath of SFR’s acquisition by Numéricable, the SFR Bussiness Team mandated onepoint with a consulting assignment
at its IT department in order to perform a thorough, high-level analysis of the company to determine the challenges and
problems it faces, as well as strategic axes of development. The goal was to help the company tackle growing economic pressure
and engage in transformation of its structure and its IS. Deliverables of the study are: discovery report, architecture vision /
blueprint, business case (top-down), documents containing the transformation road map.
Following a sourcing rationalisation approach so as to access a wide range of technological expertise, the Banque de France (BdF)
trusted onepoint with the transition and monitoring of a multi-expertise and multi-technology Service Center, participating in
project management support for the BdF’s IT department. In order to meet the client’s needs while remaining within the scope of
its range of expertise, onepoint manages a pool of innovative, medium-sized companies, thus being able to offer the expertise
necessary to guarantee the service level expected by the BdF.
In order to improve visibility over all technologies and software used at AXA IM, the architecture department called on onepoint
to map the whole range of technologies and products, ranking the providers. This mapping, based on TOGAF, aimed to delineate
the current state of affairs in order to highlight the problems deriving from old products and software used at AXA IM and to
determine an action plan for product rationalisation.
