Workshop title: Open Science policy in the context of EOSC governance framework Workshop overview: The challenge of EOSC governance is how to construct a framework allowing varied and disparate stakeholders to work together. The EOSCPilot project has established a Governance Development Forum (EGDF) so that all stakeholders can contribute to the development of a governance framework to inform the establishment of EOSC and its governance structure. In this workshop we will discuss how Open Science should manifest in the EOSC governance framework. •Presentations about how the governance work is proceeding at the
European Commission (Athanasios Karalopoulos) and in the EOSCPilot
(Matthew Dovey).
•Discussion about suggested framework for the executive level, as a
suggested four level model was tested. It was concluded that it
represents only one of many aspects and dimensions.
•Especially a service structure perspective and the user perspective were
hoped for.
•These other aspects, including different roles and functions are visible
in other mappings already done, and the model will be developed
further
