To whom it may concern,
I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Oded Gafni, who has
recently finished his contract as an English Department English Specialist at
our Etonkids EP Campus, having worked here for several years. During Oded's
tenure here, I had the pleasure of getting to know him quite well.
He has exceptional communication skills, which he uses efficiently when
interacting with his peers. Oded is a team player and always has the best
interests of his classroom teachers, and the school at large, at heart. He is a
confident, proactive educator and manages his students with little difficulty. His
friendly, outgoing attitude endeared him to his students and peers, and as a
result, several have spoken very highly of him. He manages to command respect,
while also genuinely caring for and listening to his students, a delicate balance
which few are able to achieve. Oded was instrumental in assisting several
Etonkids promotional events. He was eager to volunteer and participated with
enthusiasm that was inspirational to newer staff members.
With better opportunities coming his way and to our great disappointment,
Oded has decided to move forward with his career. Although his leaving has
been a great loss for Etonkids and EP Campus, we wish him the best in all of his
future endeavors whether they be here in China or back home in whatever field
he chooses.
