Serve as the primary interface between HCMD and the departments
Partner with various Business Units (BU’s) to assess short and long-term HR needs and provide strategic,
operational/generalist HR support to ensure that business objectives are met.
Provide effective support in identifying recruitment needs, strategic competencies and forecast the critical skills
requirement (liaise with HR Strategy Unit)
Partner with Strategic Recruitment Unit to successfully implement recruitment plans to hire/fill vacant positions in area of
coverage
Review training plan/curriculum with user department and Identify training needs using combination of indicators to
enable the Banks Learning and Development arm plan and organize for such trainings
