Testament Re. Ola Ladapo
My name is Dave Fone and I am the Chairman of Russellers Football Club. I am also the Chairman of the Bexley and
district junior football league.
I am a level 2 licensed coach associated to the FA coaches association.
Ola Ladapo was an original team member of Thames Moorings, this was a local football club in South east London.
In the season of 2009, Thames Moorings joined together with Russellers Football Club and Ola transferred to
Russellers.
Ola played a major part in Russellers not only winning the league title but also the shield final in our first season.
The following season Ola played a major part in the team being runners up in the league and retaining the shield, the
first team to do this in the league.
Whilst training with the team I found that Ola had a distinct skill which matured and harnessed could help develop
him into a very good footballer.
Ola was always listening to any criticism, both negative and constructive, but he would always take the positives out
of it. Ola listened and respected all his coaches and peers.
Ola was a great team player who mixed very well with his other team members.
Ola is very athletic and his enthusiasm for sports is second to none. His passion for football is also of a high standard
and he wishes to achieve this standard all the time.
Ola has now emigrated to the United States of America to live with His family.
