a medium sized hardware store with responsibility for leading a team of around 10
employees.
 Day to day duties included stock ordering and control, delivery processing,
merchandising, daily banking and resolution of staff disciplinary issues.
 Consistently achieved double figures growth-rates in annual sales throughout this
period.
