RESPONSIBILITIES -
▸ Project Manager - pitched to Vision Nine
productions to provide full decor and
scenery to turn a warehouse space into a
house party
▸ Concept development to a brief provided
by the client
▸ Budget Management & H&S Management
▸ Artist & Crew sourcing and management
(20+ crew)
▸ Brand management on behalf of Relentless
to ensure that their branding was delivered
to strict guidelines - with the venue being
used for a music video shoot for Shift K3Y
SNOWBOXX FESTIVAL
SNOWBOXX FESTIVAL
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS -
▸ 3 years with the festival, progressing from freelance event manager &
artist booker, to brand manager, to festival director
▸ All areas of Snowboxx marketing
▸ Curation of all acts and lineup, non-music activities.
▸ Full Project Management
▸ Applying for all permissions, licences & contracts
▸ Budget Management (c.£200k)
▸ Hiring & Managing internal & external teams (circa 70 people)
▸ Overseeing 3 site moves, including negotiating with local councils, hotel
providers, local venues, local restaurants, lift pass offices + many more.
Creating an detailed site assessment, event briefs & contact directories
▸ Delivered 2 Sellout events whilst in charge of marketing, including
increasing capacity by 1k people
▸ Quadrupled PR Coverage over 2 years
▸ Quadrupled Facebook Audience
▸ 2 Nominations for ‘Best Overseas Festival’
