Olympic Wealth Fund SPC (the “Company”)
Javelin Global Emerging Markets Segregated Portfolio (the “Fund”)
WARNING: THIS SUPPLEMENT IS DATED 1 March 2013 AND IS EFFECTIVE THEREFROM
AND CONTAINS INFORMATION CONCERNING THE COMPANY AND THE FUND, WHICH
IS A SEGREGATED PORTFOLIO OF THE COMPANY. THIS SUPPLEMENT IS AN
INTEGRAL PART OF, AND MUST BE READ AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE LATEST VERSION OF THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT MEMORANDUM OF THE
COMPANY DATED 1 March 2013 (AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, THE
“MEMORANDUM”).
1.1 Investment Objective
The objective of the Fund is to provide capital growth through investment in a broad range of asset
classes across global markets with the aim of spreading investment risk while satisfying the requirements
of investors seeking capital conservation and growth.
1.2 Investment Strategy
How we invest: The Investment Manager aims to focus on stocks, funds, small to medium sized
businesses or other assets that are undervalued, unpopular or under-researched. The Investment Manager
will then, after a detailed analysis, concentrate the bulk of the Fund’s assets into Investments that are
likely to produce above-average returns over the long-haul, and hold those assets during any short-term
market movements. The Fund would therefore prefer to own a small number of outstanding stocks or
assets that the Investment Manager understands well, as opposed to owning a large number of average
ones that we understand poorly: less is more.
Where we invest: the Investment Manager will seek to find high quality stocks, bonds, mutual funds and
other assets in Global markets which have a fast-growing middle/upper class population. The fund Invests
heavily in the Emerging Markets such as India, China, Latin America and Asia Pacific but may also seek
to invest in International markets, where rapid economic development, large growing populations,
urbanization & strong macro fundamentals will reward investors that have a long term horizon.
The Investment Manager may also seek to invest directly in real estate, including both freehold and
leasehold property, real estate developments and in securities of real estate holding companies.
Investments will be made following analysis by the Investment Manager, as well as analysis of more
general market and economic conditions. Factors that will be considered include current price compared
to its long-term value, earnings potential.
Where the Investment Manager will invest into real estate developments it will target development
opportunities where the Fund can invest: (i) at a discount close to real estate developers own entry costs,
so that the Fund may participate in the development uplift; (ii) in areas where real estate prices are
forecast to rise upon urbanisation and development; and (iii) in new build projects to achieve a price
premium over the market.
Investments in real estate and real estate holding companies involve special risks uniquely associated with
an investment in real estate, such as limited liquidity, oversupply, property taxes and interest rate risks
and may be more volatile than other investments. Risks as described in the Offering Memorandum will

apply; in particular those risks identified under the sections entitled ‘Liquidity” and ‘Real Estate
Investment risk’.
The Investment Manager may also seek to invest directly in small to medium sized businesses, including
both as the sole investor or with one or more other investors.
Investments will be made following analysis by the Investment Manager, as well as analysis of more
general market and economic conditions. Factors that will be considered include current price compared
to the long-term value and earnings potential of such businesses.
Where the Investment Manager will invest into small to medium sized businesses it will target
development opportunities where the Fund can invest: (i) at a discount compared to current market
valuations; (ii) in areas where the Investment Manager has a good understanding of the business model;
and (iii) the purchase offers the Fund growth and income opportunities.
Investments in small to medium sized businesses involve special risks, such as limited liquidity, high
operational costs, requirement for specialty industry knowledge, reliance on key personnel and may be
more volatile than other investments. Risks as described in the Offering Memorandum will apply; in
particular those risks identified under the sections entitled ‘Liquidity”, “Small to Medium sized Business
investment risk” and “Smaller companies risk”.
Base Currency: the base currency of the Company and the Fund is United States Dollars. The Fund may
invest, directly or indirectly, in assets denominated in currencies other than US Dollars.
1.3 Investment Restrictions
No change will be made in the investment policies and restrictions described above without giving
Shareholders at least 30 days’ prior notice of implementation of such change, in the form of a
modification of, supplement to, or restatement of, this Offering Memorandum.
1.4 Borrowing Policy
As a general strategy, the Directors may exercise discretion in allowing the Fund to borrow for
investment purposes.
1.5 Minimum Initial Subscription
The minimum initial subscription for Class A Participating Shares is US$100,000, unless the Directors
determine otherwise.
The minimum initial subscription for Class B Participating Shares is US$100,000, unless the Directors
determine otherwise.
1.6 Minimum Fund Balance
If the Net Asset Value of the Class falls below US$ 1m, the Directors may determine to compulsorily
redeem Participating Shares in that Class.
The Directors are also entitled to compulsorily redeem a Shareholders’ entire holding of Class A
Participating Shares if the aggregate Net Asset Value held by that Shareholder in that Class has fallen, at
any time, below US$ 100,000.

The Directors are also entitled to compulsorily redeem a Shareholders’ entire holding of Class B
Participating Shares if the aggregate Net Asset Value held by that Shareholder in that Class has fallen, at
any time, below US$ 100,000.
1.7 Service Provider Fee
In respect of Class A Participating Shares, the HWM NAV per Share as at each Valuation Day is
calculated as the Net Asset Value per Share without deduction of any Performance Fee, provided that the
Net Asset Value per Share without deduction of any Performance Fee is 5% greater than the previous
HWM NAV per Share; otherwise the HWM NAV per Share will remain unchanged.
In respect of Class B Participating Shares, the HWM NAV per Share as at each Valuation Day is
calculated as the Net Asset Value per Share without deduction of any Performance Fee, provided that the
Net Asset Value per Share without deduction of any Performance Fee is 3% greater than the previous
HWM NAV per Share; otherwise the HWM NAV per Share will remain unchanged.
1.8 Front End Fee
In respect of Class A Participating Shares, the Directors may charge up to a maximum of 2% of the
Subscription Price on subscription as a Front End Fee.
In respect of Class B Participating Shares, the Directors may charge up to a maximum of 3% of the
Subscription Price on subscription as a Front End Fee.
1.9 Redemption
The Directors intend to exercise their discretion to charge a redemption fee as follows:
i) Participating Shares redeemed within the first year of being held by a Shareholder will each
be subject to a redemption fee of 5% of the Redemption Price,
ii) Participating Shares redeemed after the 1st
and on or before the 2nd
anniversary of being held
by a Shareholder will each be subject to a redemption fee of 4% of the Redemption Price,
iii) Participating Shares redeemed after the 2nd
and on or before the 3rd
anniversary of being held
by a Shareholder will each be subject to a redemption fee of 3% of the Redemption Price,
iv) Participating Shares redeemed after the 3rd
and on or before the 4th
anniversary of being held
by a Shareholder will each be subject to a redemption fee of 2% of the Redemption Price,
v) Participating Shares redeemed after the 4th
and on or before the 5th
anniversary of being held
by a Shareholder will each be subject to a redemption fee of 1% of the Redemption Price, and
vi) Participating Shares redeemed after the 5th
anniversary of being held by a Shareholder will
NOT be subject to a redemption fee.
