Led PM Crews: Main responsibility included managing a group of PM Crews (10 peoples)
and to ensure department and related manufacturing areas achieves synergy goals with zero
issue on safety, equipment and process. Responsible for machine/equipment upgrading and
optimization for productivity/yield improvement plan, troubleshooting, developing, and
evaluating new machine software revision. Drive continues improvement and as a content
expert for any escalation and guide Junior technician in equipment trouble shooting. Tool
expert in Hirata Ld/Ul, ASRS, Grohman NGACS and Grohman SRM.
KEY ACHIEVMENT
Successfullyled the PM team in achieving standardizesModule and ProductParameter
for meeting 80% Aconf goal. This project covered for LSC and APL area. The team
demonstrated sustainable performance for APL and LSC.
Champion in creating BKM for SOOP and Pick Up issue on the ACS tool. This had
helped to enhance the technical knowledge and reduce downtime troubleshooting for MT
L2.
New Gate Opener design for the LKT LD/UL: Innovatively design new Gate Opener for
LKT LD/UL. The new design will prevent the magazine misplacement, magazine gate jam
and safety issue during magazine misplaced.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITY
MHS IDM Owner (In-Direct Material) 2005-2010
Main responsibilities inclusive of coordination for MHS IDM group, installation and qualification
of new carrier, cart and magazine in PGAT. Join engineering team across factories (Costa
Rica, ATD, Chengdu and Kulim). Lead continuous improvement projects, yield improvements,
excursion prevention and safety improvement. Managing a group of contract workers (10
persons) in daily routine job for cart and magazine PM.
KEY ACHIEVMENT
Led VF in New High Temp Wall Magazine qualification, this will eliminate 0.8%
yield losses at Epoxy and IHS Batch Oven due to carrier dropped issue. It is
cheaper compared to POR material and resulted cost saving of US$124k for
Penang
Epoxy/IHS Hi-Temp Cart and Super Hi-Temp Magazine Antimixing: Initiated the
antimixing project for the EPOXY/IHS HTC and SHTM for the Dynapace, Crown, LKT and
Bendweld. Redesign the magazine slot and also colouring thus resulted in the mixing
prevention for these 2 modules. This antimixing will eliminate the potential cross
contamination between Epoxy G3 and IHS thermal material.
Successful in designing the 6’ wheel bracket cover to prevent Mses toe from pinch
during push and pull cart. By installing the 6’bracket it will remove the process of kicking
the wheel bracket when carts in Blu-M oven.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
MHS HTS Owner (Equipment) 2009-2010
Equipment owner for the Hirata Transfer Stack tool. Installation, Certification, Qualification the

tool in PGAT in order to support 1269 NPI. Ensuring new equipment meets operational
specifications and able used in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
KEY ACHIEVMENT
Successfully migrated from cart pusher to 6 inch cart for Dual Stack Start up. PG8
is the leading VF sites in qualifying and supporting ATD on safety and recommendation
on 6 inch cart usage in production vs cart pusher. This had enable smooth production
startup for 1269 team
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
MHS NPI for Meromand Penryn Transfer (New Product Transfer and Process)
2010-2011
Owner of MHS process and equipment and partnered with Chengdu for the 1264 startup in
PGAT. Main responsibility in product recipe, tool collaterals and ensured MHS APL and CTL
able to run this NPI.
KEY ACHIEVMENT
Successfully qual this product with Matching and CE! achieved between PGAT and CD
without any quality and safety issue.
Reviews product recipe management system to compiles and evaluates data
to determine appropriate limits and variables for new product specifications.
