The Philippine Association of Academic/Research Librarians, Inc. in cooperation with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) – National Committee on Library and Information Services (NCLIS), the National Library of the Philippines, and the National Committee on Resource Description and Access (NCRDA) will be holding a three-day National Training on RDA with the theme "Resource Description and Access (RDA) Essentials: Preparing Librarians for New Cataloging Standards and Guidelines" to be held at the Lyceum of the Philippines University, Cavite on 15-17 May 2013.
