PEC's MPT series high pressure Triplex Plunger Pumps. Generally used for Car Washer, Reverse Osmosis, Chemical Injection, Boilers Feed Service, Hydraulic Testing, Cleaning of heat exchangers, Boilers, Towers, Chemical Vassels and Shop Floors under high pressure. 2. Power end of the pumps are manufactured of high quality materials and
design to match their rated Horse Power. All power ends are splash lubricated
to achieve maximum life and minimum wear and tear of moving components.
Alternately pressure lubricated system offered.
Crank Shaft is fully machined from bar stock, ground and hardened supported
by heavy duty tapered roller bearings.
Connecting Rod is made out of forged / cast steel with renewable bearing and
bush for a long trouble free operation.
Cross Head is manufactured in graded Cast iron with large bearing area and
inbuilt pony rod.
PEC offers a unique 3 piece block for High Pressure and for easy maintenance.
Our long practical experience in selecting right material for the Liquid End Assembly
has become an important factor to achieve pumping efficiency and long life.
A large variety of materials available with PEC to choose a right combination for their
suitability to handle different liquids.
Material options like SS 316, SS 316L, SS 304, SS 304L, SS 410,
Alloy 20 Hastalloy - C, Rubber, PTFE, Nylon etc. are available.
A variety of valve types can be offered for different Liquid characteristics
such as :
BALL VALVE / PLATE VALVES / TAPPER SEAT
Suitable for high viscosity liquids, slurry etc. And also where the pumping
speed is quite low.
