PK has extensive corporate and consulting work experience in high performance environments. PK has
held leadership positions across different functional areas in strategising, planning, and execution roles.
He has significant experience and expertise in the Real Estate development and construction industry
covering the entire development life cycle.
PK was a Director at BMR Advisors, a leading pan-India business advisory firm, before setting up
Ganges Advisors. Earlier, he held business leadership positions in Lend Lease - a global Real Estate
group (in India and Australia) and Tata Group (a leading Indian business group).
PK qualified as a Chartered accountant in 1992 with ranks in inter and final stages, and is also a
qualified company secretary
