2. Project 1: DESIGN AND DEVELOPED FOR EXTERIOR PLASTIC TRIMS
DOOR EDGE PROTECTOR (660A)
 Preparing design Concept proposal Models/assemblies.
 Interacting with OE designers and manufacturing engineers.
 Style feasibility study
 Design & creation of Technical features on B side considering, Manufacturing and tooling
feasibility.

Project 2: ROOF RAIL (B562)
This Project involved design and CAD development of Roof rail for a car,and this product involves
the feasibility study of style surface,ensure the manufacturing feasibility and do the modification if
necessary
 Style Surface tooling feasibility study
 Gap and flush analysis study with surrounding parts
 Modified some area of style surface as per the client requirements
 Created all parametric solids models in the CAD file for Freezed for Tooling.
Project 3: 660A_REAR BIKE PROTECTOR & BRACKETS
This project involves in complete ‘Blow molded Rear Bumper Protector’ development for the
Variants like Different grades Cars mainly involved in benchmarking for Compact & Base variants.
 For making concept we have taken reference of Rear Bumper and followed same curve along
the length so that appear will be good
 Once A-Class surface finalized, started working on closing with the 2.6mm thickness and
checked Draft analysis by Demolding (Blow die) axis there by checked for Undercuts and
removed as well
 Done drawing for the plastic part and given complete details along with the draft angles
 Worked on Rear Bumper Plastic part to assemble with Chassis mount with sheet metal
Brackets on Chassis construction (Body mounts and cross members) and made detail
drawing.
Project 4: ROOF CARRIER
This project involved making of Complete Roof Carrier i.e. Aluminum sections Corner Decor which
connects Sheet metal clamps with Fasteners
 To do the part initially concept has done by taking reference of aluminum sections so that an
even flow achieved and a great look appeared
 Drafting done on solid works for complete Roof carrier Assembly with GD&T.
 Preparation Profile drawing aluminum extrusion (Jindal)
 Manual making for packaging with corel draw.

3. Project 5: REVERSE ENGINEERING OF SHEET METAL PARTS
 Involved in legacy conversion of 3D CAD data from input un- parametric solid to Sheet metal
parametric model.
 Created 2D manufacturing drawings for all sheet metal parts with Flat pattern views.
 Created 2D drawings for all the parts with all required dimensions and tolerances.
 Given GD&T tolerances in the drawing according to customer guidelines.
 Drafting the press tools
Project 6: ROOF RACK (660A)
This project ‘Cross load Bars’ development for Cysta mainly involved in benchmarking for Compact
& Base variants.
 Complete Concept designs and getting approval from MAP (Global) people.
 Manufacturing & Tooling feasibility
