Sir/ Madam
At the outset I would like to introduce myself. I am a professional with Master in Social Work from Lucknow
University. Besides it, I have also done a correspondent course in Environment and Ecology from Indian Institute of
Ecology and Environment, New Delhi.
I possess a strong field level, district/state level experience in the development sector, over the period of 16 years. I
have got the opportunity to work in the diverse sectors such as - Health, Water & Sanitation, Livelihood, Emergency
program and Education. During tenure of professional work, I have gained practical knowledge and have also
acquired skills such as training, monitoring & evaluation, research, and documentation skills. I have worked with
National and International agencies’ project such as UNICEF, RELIANCE FOUNDATION World Bank, USAID, DFID,
UPVHA, SIFPSA and Ministry of Poverty Alleviation, GoI., CEDPA and others.
Followingparagraphselicitmy experience
 Social Mobilisation and Communication Campaigns: I have spearheaded the campaign for the manual
scavenging and dry toilet conversion in Budaun district, which has set the tone for a national level advocacy
issue. The campaign was aimed at addressing gender, equity, sanitation and polio related issues. During my
tenure in Budaun 80% dry toilets got converted which is proclaimed by UNICEF as a great success story.
 Project Coordination and Management: This has been an integral part of my job right from inception of my
career and I have always excelled in coordination and management of the projects as per the requirements of
the clients and donors. This involved monitoring the projects, preparing donor reports, progress success stories
and making presentations.
 Working with Government and Non- Government: It is one of strength areas. Invariably in all of my
development assignments I have developed an optimal blend of working both with the Government and Non-
Government organizations. This involved leveraging Government resources for the development projects and
engaging Non-Government partners in the implementation of community based programs.
 Monitoring and Evaluation: It is one of the cross cutting functions that I have been consistently performing in all
of my projects.
Simultaneously I have been involved in management and supervision of the projects and project staffs besides
coordination and implementation of programme at the field level.
With the above traits and competencies I feel that I am most suitablecandidatefor the applied post.

  • 1. Sir/ Madam At the outset I would like to introduce myself. I am a professional with Master in Social Work from Lucknow University. Besides it, I have also done a correspondent course in Environment and Ecology from Indian Institute of Ecology and Environment, New Delhi. I possess a strong field level, district/state level experience in the development sector, over the period of 16 years. I have got the opportunity to work in the diverse sectors such as - Health, Water & Sanitation, Livelihood, Emergency program and Education. During tenure of professional work, I have gained practical knowledge and have also acquired skills such as training, monitoring & evaluation, research, and documentation skills. I have worked with National and International agencies’ project such as UNICEF, RELIANCE FOUNDATION World Bank, USAID, DFID, UPVHA, SIFPSA and Ministry of Poverty Alleviation, GoI., CEDPA and others. Followingparagraphselicitmy experience  Social Mobilisation and Communication Campaigns: I have spearheaded the campaign for the manual scavenging and dry toilet conversion in Budaun district, which has set the tone for a national level advocacy issue. The campaign was aimed at addressing gender, equity, sanitation and polio related issues. During my tenure in Budaun 80% dry toilets got converted which is proclaimed by UNICEF as a great success story.  Project Coordination and Management: This has been an integral part of my job right from inception of my career and I have always excelled in coordination and management of the projects as per the requirements of the clients and donors. This involved monitoring the projects, preparing donor reports, progress success stories and making presentations.  Working with Government and Non- Government: It is one of strength areas. Invariably in all of my development assignments I have developed an optimal blend of working both with the Government and Non- Government organizations. This involved leveraging Government resources for the development projects and engaging Non-Government partners in the implementation of community based programs.  Monitoring and Evaluation: It is one of the cross cutting functions that I have been consistently performing in all of my projects. Simultaneously I have been involved in management and supervision of the projects and project staffs besides coordination and implementation of programme at the field level. With the above traits and competencies I feel that I am most suitablecandidatefor the applied post. I look forward for an opportunity to have a discussion to prove my candidature.
