6. STANDS
1. The booth will be provided with the name and logo of your company. (example: page 7).
• Displays, banners and portable desktop banners may be placed.
• Banners, displays or counter must measure: 0.60 x 1.60 meters.
• The logo should be sent in JPG format, 1550 MM or PSD (Photoshop). The logo has to be send
in that format, when you buy the booth.
2. The booth includes: 1 table and 4 chairs. If you want to. If you want to change the furniture you
should contact the supplier and the additional costs must be borne by the exhibitor.

BOOTH SET-UP
1. The booth will be settle on September 19th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 p.m. You can decorate your stand,
leave brochures and promotional items.
2. The Organizing Committee, will not be responsible for damage, loss or theft of audiovisual equipment.
We suggest that the set-up of these devices is made the day of the event starting at 6:30 am.
3. The Organizing Committee does not provide mounting support personnel or material, so we
recommend you bring your team personnel and equipment necessary for the decoration of your booth.
4. The disassembly of the booths will be on September 21 from 10:00 am we recommend carrying your
team and equipment.
GENERAL
1. The exhibiting company must send the list of people who will attend the meeting as assistants and the
list of people who help for assembly and disassembly. They will identify with the badge of your
company.
Important: The exhibition booth cost must be covered before July 1st.
