Letter of Reference – Paul Albani
To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of reference for Paul Albani; it is my understanding that Paul is seeking job
opportunities and also interested in furthering his studies by obtaining a graduate degree in
business. I have had the privilege of knowing Paul for the last three years as a student in various
Operations Management and Supply Chain Management courses that I have taught.
My involvement with Paul has been as adjunct faculty for Roosevelt University where I have had
the opportunity to observe Paul as a student. I have found Paul to be a valuable asset to the
classroom as he brings a considerable amount of interpersonal skills by encouraging other
students to complete team assignments on schedule. Paul is analytical in his approach to
problem solving, utilizing his business acumen and critical thinking skills in working on and
completing all undergraduate assignments.
Paul’s ability to work with a very diverse group of classmates on several class projects as well as
assume the role as class team lead to assist the group with completing course assignments on
schedule has greatly impressed me. Paul’s skills and competencies in operations, finance,
supply chain and project management, strong functional and technical understanding of business
management, and interfacing with fellow students to deliver class team assignments in a manner
that is far superior to many students that I have had the pleasure of teaching over the years.
I believe that Paul would apply himself in this same manner if given the opportunity. Therefore, I
strongly recommend Paul.
Please do not hesitate to contact me directly at 708-846-6461if there is any other information that
is necessary to assist Paul in his endeavors.
