This book is a compilation of more than 25 years of recipes. I save them in folders that are tattered and torn and show the use. Some of them I have prepared many times: some only once, but I felt it was successful enough to do again. I cook every day of the week and love that we eat healthy foods. It is a joy to share these recipes and to have them organized in a professional way.
There are many favorites: Stephanie, our daughter lovers the “failsafe maple souffles”. I make them frequently and she has recipes framed so that she may make them too. Paul’s (my husband) favorites are Ukrainian salad and Beef Striganoff.PJ, our son-in-law loves Beef Bulgogi. It is a marinated Korean stir fry dish that can be eaten over rice or as a lettuce wrap. Speaking of lettuce wraps, my favorite is crispy Asian turkey lettuce wraps. I hope that you too will find a favorite.
The internet has an unlimited supply of recipes: but I still think a collection in a book is fun!
