The first session - the Kick-off exercise • Significant events session. • Everyone has the chance to speak and bring the group in a ‘present mode’ The second session - a Business Overview • A presentation done by the hosting member each month, on any critical issues or changes needed in their business • This is a ‘cross-fertilization process’ at its best! The third session - the ‘Executive Round Table’ • All members share with one another the issues, challenges, opportunities, etc. with which they are dealing • Recommendations and powerful suggestions are given by the group based on their knowledge and vast experience • People walk away from the round table with thorough advice and recommendations you can immediately act upon How it works The monthly day-long group meetings are segmented into three main parts:
