  12.  Clarity- simplify your thoughts  Complete- say all you have to say  Concise- be to the point  Correct- adhere to facts  Convincing- be positive and genuine  Considerate- respect  Concrete – be genuine and true (no lies)
  13.  Authority must be respected.  A healthy society requires every person to be treated with RESPECT
  14.  Civility begins with the individual  It begins with YOU  It requires character, confidence and class
  15.  Listen better- all senses  Sharpen your rapport with others  Understand the elements that make up total communication  Demonstrate body language that engages others  Use language that influences and engages others
