Paul began his career in structured cabling in 1984 with Carlyle, Inc. He sold all aspects
of these solutions including outside and inside plant products. In order to meet customer
demands, he leveraged manufacturing to create pre-terminated solutions to speed deploy-
ment of new technology as networks evolved. He earned RCDD designation from BICSI in
1995 and followed this with a LAN Specialist in 1998. Paul collaborated with his teams to
design and sell specialty structured cabling solutions while managing Microsoft, Amazon, Strategy Statement
