Project Description: This program is to migrate legacy ITG and SDM tools to servicenow.
Servicenow is a cloud platform which is an ITSM tool. Currently in this organization we have
implemented Incident, Problem, Change and Service catalog modules during this implementation.
I am playing role of project manager for Change module and have handled multiple vendor teams
which include functional, development and testing team. We are working in Agile, Scrum model
for this project.
