Received Australian Government Award for Services Offered Abroad.  A conduit to change established safety norms in staunch blue collar workforce – included collection of qualitative and quantitative data, presenting findings to management & leading change to increase employee engagement.  Completed Gap Analysis with HSSE Team to establish compliance milestones resulting from WHS regulatory legislative changes.  Established & facilitated regular meetings with Management and workforce representatives to drive positive change in a mining environment. BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT  Developed various systems (using Sharepoint) in partnership with IT subject matter experts and other key stakeholders to support WHS requirements of operational sites across Australia and in New Zealand (including WHS Event Management, Contractor Management & the overarching WHS Management Systems for various sites).  Established Chemwatch to manage all Hazardous Materials brought onto PCBU site.  Developed induction courses for use by workers visiting (or permanently based) at various sites located nationally.  Identified opportunities to leverage technology capability to enable more effective WHS communication & performance visibility. DATA ANALYSIS  Completed monthly WHS reports for all business units across Australia – information tabled at monthly Executive Director / Board Meetings.  Analysed data and provided feedback to business regarding performance against (internally) established WHS strategic pillars.  Re-established Hygiene Monitoring program at mine site – provided regular updates regarding data results to Site Management. MANAGEMENT AND WHS SKILLS  Conducted Risk Workshops with operational subject matter experts, HSRs and Senior Leaders to understand site compliance to WHS - Mining Regulations Chapter 10.  Re-engineered HS forums to ensure opportunity to discuss site based issues were maximised.  Served as an advisor to senior leaders and workgroups to ensure production / costs were managed without compromising health and safety KPIs.  Championed the safety message onsite – provided a conduit for Senior Leaders to change the culture from a compliance safety bias to a balance with behavioural safety.  Engaged with stakeholders across the business to develop a Contractor Management Procedure for all operating sites across Australia and New Zealand. A key contributor in the Project Team established to develop the system to manage Contractors for the business and roll out training and reporting requirements to operational sites.

Peta-Jane Fee pj@darrylandpj.com.au 0459 752 426 Page 3 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Alinta Energy 2014 - current HSE Advisor – Continuous Improvement Reporting to the Power Generation HSSE Manager, responsible for national: • Performance measurement and reporting; administer lead and lag indicator reporting. • Coordinating the AE Safety Improvement planning process, tracking and communications. • Driving the formation and execution of the Alinta Safety Communication Plan. • Project delivery in accordance with the H&S Improvement Plan – continually drive improvement in the areas of people, systems, workplace, culture and leadership. • Contractor Management. To act as the primary point of contact to assist operations with contractor pre-qualification processes. To maintain a database of prequalified contractors. To oversee and coordinate the contractor HSSE management process. • Provide value-add customer-focussed service, support and advice to line management. Alinta Energy 2012 - 2014 HS Advisor – Leigh Creek Coalfields • Reporting to the Site HSSE Manager, responsible for numerous projects including managing Chemwatch, Hygiene Monitoring, Lead Indicator Reporting, HS forums, Compliance Audits. • Also involved in rolling out HSE business strategy for a power generation company in a mining context. • Active in efforts to engage blue collar workers and align them with the Site’s safety outcomes, running Toolbox Talks on a regular basis across all workgroups. Alinta Energy – Production Operator 2005 - 2012 • Operated heavy mining equipment for 6 years in a male dominated workgroup on a continuous shift roster. Equipment operated included 240t Unit Rig, Graders and Dozers. • Was recognised at site by Senior Managers for contributions to the health and safety of fellow workers and given the opportunity to change career path into WHS. Port Adelaide Football Club – Special Events Manager 2002 – 2004 Responsible for: • Delivering outstanding major events to showcase the Power to major corporate sponsors/key stakeholders. • Managing & overseeing events (which were attended by in excess of 600 attendees on average) – annually equating to over 13 000 people across all PAFC Major Events. • Planning, liaising, managing & coordinating multiple events scheduled within quick succession of each other. • Working within Special Events budgetary cost restraints. • Reporting to General Manager, Marketing regarding the outcomes achieved upon conclusion of each event. Solomon Island (SI) Broadcasting Commission 1993 – 1997 Business Development Manager • Responsible for completing a Feasibility Analysis & Recommendation regarding the establishment of an FM Radio Band to be broadcast across all major islands in the SIs.
