Key Expectations for Ladder Assist Be Prepared • Arrive with proper ladder equipment (equipment list provided in later slide) Complete Assignment Be on Time • Each assignment notification will provide an appointment window for the inspection • Contact lead adjuster to lock specific time within the window • Mark assignment complete in mobile app Confirm Assignment • Upload a photo with label confirming address

Key Expectations for Ladder Assist Plus Information to Capture in Mobile App • Photos with labels • Roof scoping form with all details required to estimate • Measurements and sketch of roof if no roof report is available Upload on the same day as inspection Be on Time – Be Prepared Review details for each loss within the Lightning Resource App • Loss details and special instructions • General instructions for completing assignments • Client specific requirements • Each assignment notification will provide an appointment window for the inspection • Contact lead adjuster to lock specific time within the window • Arrive with proper ladder equipment (equipment list provided in later slide) • Deliver a high-quality, complete product same day as the inspection

Ladder Assist Equipment List • Fully charged mobile device • External power supply, if needed • 32-foot ladder • Safety gear (Rope and Harness equipment may be needed on 10/12 roof pitch and greater) • Cougar Paws or similar footwear • Chalk or soapstone • Roof Gauge • Compass • Pitch Gauge

Summary of Lightning Resource Demo New Assignments • You will receive a notification • You are free to accept/decline any assignment • Before accepting, loss details, loss locations, and target inspection window will be visible to you Before the Inspection • Call the adjuster and confirm a time for inspection • “Start” the assignment when you are on your way to the loss • Review reference materials and loss details within the app After the Inspection • Capture photos on your phone, then upload and label within the app • Follow the link for Roof Scoping Form After Uploads are Complete • Mark the task “Successful” within the app Inspection • Requirements for roof inspections are laid out in Roof Scoping Form

Compensation • Pay is weekly for all assignments completed during the period • Any assignment completed Monday thru Sunday of one week will be paid via direct deposit the following Friday. • Compensation triggered by completed assignments in Lightning Resource App • Each assignment is flat-fee based: – For Ladder Assist = $100 – For Ladder Assist Plus = $140
