De belangrijkste punten uit het nieuwe onderwijsprofiel zijn: - Aandacht voor zelfkennis en reflectie: op de maatschappij, op jezelf, je rol in de samenleving, persoonlijke wensen/behoeften tbv je studie- en werkloopbaan. - Skills zijn prominent in het curriculum (zowel academische skills als arbeidsmarktoriëntatie) en zijn geïntegreerd in het onderwijs. - Begeleiding van de studenten wordt belangrijker: vaste begeleidingsteams - Kleinschaligheid: je maakt deel uit van een Class (40 studenten met een begeleidingsteam ) - Een stage gaat deel uitmaken van elke opleiding. Je krijgt er ook studiepunten voor.   Toelichting Kennis, Kunde, Karakter Het onderwijsprofiel van Tilburg University is uniek in Nederland en rust op drie pijlers. In tilburg zetten we namelijk in op kennis, kunde én karakter. Onze studenten zullen steeds meer beoordeeld worden op de combinatie van deze drie. Het hebben van wetenschappelijke kennis om complexe problemen op te lossen zal altijd zeer gewaardeerd blijven, maar steeds belangrijker worden eigenschappen als ‘kritisch denken’, ‘creativiteit’ en ‘emotionele intelligentie’.
