In securing the position of athletic director, I plan to utilize the knowledge gained
academically through my Master’s in Athletic Administration, as well as my real world
experience as an administrator, facility manager, and head coach to lead the (school
district name) athletic department. I plan to hold coaches and athletes accountable to a
high personal code of conduct, while striving to allow all those who are willing to work
hard to be part of a competitive and well-respected athletic program.
