This document presents floor plans and design options for a new laboratory building. The ground floor plan shows possible space allocations for labs ranging in size from 60 to 130 square meters, with separate areas for staff/visitor access and services. The first and second floor plans display similar layouts with variously sized lab spaces. Additional sections provide a key view of the building and indicate materials will be considered.
