our Portal. we charge 0% commission for the first year and 3%
for subsequent years which is very less then other Portals .
You can rent an empty room, shared room, house, apartment,
boat, hut, tent, anything as long as it has a clean , comfortable
bed and a hygienic toilet.
Anybody can list, who has the rights to ownership, rent or
sub-let an apartment can rent. All you need to do is make sure
you follow the local and building guidelines for same.

The rents are charged on per day basis and can be availed
from the renting outlet or can be delivered at specific points
in Dehradun.
Carrying original driver's licence and voter id or adhaar card
