Thank you for the timeline. That helps a lot.
Just for the record and to support what I have said publicly, I was first introduced to the range Sep 4,
2018. I corresponded with Bob Krogh and with Walt on numerous occasions and subsequently brought it
up with Foley.
It was in Area 2, and I wanted to promote a range that was ideal for us.

Timeline
Jan 2020, Walt Proulx meets with Mike and I at shot show to invite us to Cameo. We don’t go in
2020 due to Covid, traveling etc.
July 2021, Troy, Mike and I travel to Cameo to discuss Nationals being hosted there. I plan out
2022 events including 2 Gun and 4 Division Nationals.
August 2021, Foley removed.
September 2021, I return to Cameo during IDPA nationals, meet with Scott Martin, Action Pistol
Group, and Walt Proulx, discuss dates, details of the match, contracts, per head count etc. I
report back to the board in September with these plans.
October 2021, the permits and contracts with Cameo and APG are signed by Gary Nash.
October - April I continue planning and communication with Walt and Scott Martin, Troy and
Sherwyn.
April 22, 2022, I attend Big Horn with Troy and Shannon Smith, finalize planning for 2 Gun, and
October Nationals with the range.
April 23 : Walt scans the letter from the sheriff and emails to Troy and I, it was shared with about
a dozen people between April 23 and mid May.
May 4th sends email to the board with :
"I am writing this as a concerned member with requests"
"With an increase in request for gun control, a disgruntled USPSA member or if an anti-gun
organization catches
wind of the ignorance of the law and brings it to light, the USPSA could face serious backlash."
May 16th Infinity withdraws sponsorship from the October Nationals
May 18th
sends email to Sherwyn, Area5:
"Sherwyn,
I believe this clarifies the position even further. Would you like me to contact the Colorado
Attorney General for his/her opinion? I would be more than glad to on behalf of USPSA, since it
appears that has not been done yet."
June 23rd I work with Neil Davis who responds to Infinity on our behalf.
Please stop responding to questions on social media about specifics, or planning that none of
you had anything to do with.

I planned the trip in July of last year, I did the follow up, and I planned out the matches. I
informed the board of what we were doing in September and October. I have worked with the
range, the affiliated club, and met with the AG office liaison and continued communication with
the Park after 2 Gun.
Before we left Colorado I had already planned the rescheduling and relocation of the match to
CMP with conversations with Joey Hardy on June 7th. I had Heather contact the hotels and
make arrangements. The matches were rescheduled and range scheduled by June 8th. I waited
to make the formal announcements after CPW made their new process official so we could
refuse to participate and they rescinded the park permit.
I have been in contact with Grand Junction Sports Commission to reallocate the $10k grant we
received and make payment of it to the Action Pistol Group to help offset the financial impact of
us not holding the match there. They were to receive $2.50/head plus an additional $2500 for
range clean up and tear down. APG put up the seed money to build the 8 additional bays, plus
an additional 100 wall sections, and 100 target stands to host the nationals.
The selection of the ranges, the planning, schedule and all aspects of all of these Nationals, all
Nationals actually, has been what I have done going back to the 2018 9 Days match at
Frostproof. Whether it was contracted with Frostproof, or a hybrid contract, the matches have
been handled by me while working with Troy, Mike, Shannon, Rick, Heather and Michael.
