Concrete slab in front of WTP-Control room may cause trip & fall.
Edges are to be cemented . Responsibility- OFS

Unused Motor-Earth strips to be cut. Responsibility-EMD

Local electric Panel door is in open condition.

Chemical spillover on the floor may leads to slip& fall.

Painting of rusted metallic column's to be done. Responsibility-OFS

Lighting panel door in IDCT:2A column is not properly closed.
Responsibility-EMD

Metal plate at IDCT-2A walkway of staircase. To be removed.
Responsibility- OFS

Sub trenches are to be connected to Main trench to avoid water stagnation.
Responsibility- Civil.

Proper approach to IDCT area to be made from nearest road for easy
access. Responsibility-Civil

IDCT Raise pipes are in rusted condition. Rust preventive measures to be
taken. Responsibility-OFS

13.
Motor lifting boom: Support to be provided for lifting loads.
