S u m m a r y
• Working on Sprint Validation Tool in Java, JSP, Ser vl ets, J2EE & M ySQL which monitors Sprint
OAC Parameters and does the maintenance work. This tool also controls the quality of eNodeBs
parameters by cross checking it with the golden parameters. The Tool was designed by me in JAVA.
• Designing dynamic programming algorithms for optimization problems to seek the best, most efficient
& process oriented approach for a problem.
• Automation of processes to reduce manual efforts, bring efficiency and produce outcomes that are
qualitatively strong using various programming languages and tools. Analysis and configuration of Big
data to extract useful information so as to prepare relevant dashboard.
• Since June 2010, have around 5 years of extensive hands on experience of designing, developing
and deploying various applications using Java-J2EE, Se rvle ts, JSP, MySQL .

a) Currently working with Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd., Noida as Data Analyst for Sprint
Operator(USA) from 30 July 2010 & got exposure in following areas:-
• Working on Sprint Validation Tool in Java, JSP, Servlets which monitors Sprint OAC Parameters and
does the maintenance work. This tool also controls the quality of eNodeBs parameters by cross checking it
with the golden parameters. The Tool was designed by me in JAVA, JSP, Servlets.
• Track and report on ongoing projects & compile all the data for reports as required by Sprint (USA) in the
MySQL Server and making it accessible to the client and team using JSP & JavaScripts.
• Design of OMP scripts based on Java scripts to generate reports remotely.
• Access reports and databases provide by Sprint to gather data on cell site design, installed equipment and
capacity limitations.

Details:
• Configuration & Implementation Engineering team is 21 Team members with 5TL team and involved in
CFR designing for Sprint. As per Data available from Nov 11 to March 11 overall accuracy stand s at
98.24% for the work reviewed by TL and hence overall Rolled Throughput yield resulted into 97.27%
which was leading to Bad customer VOC
• Problem Statement : For Baseline collected Data from nov 2011 to Mar 2012 rtpy coming 97.27%
• Benefit Realized: Improved RTPY 97.27% to 98% by 31st May 2012
• Higher Accuracy led to good customer VOC
• Managing standard engineering activities associated with cell site design, construction and modification,
including both radio and power equipment.

3. Details:
• This is an automatic solution designing system considering the requirements of respective BTS types
that are based on the Lucent Technology.
• The Application uses a database in Microsoft Excel at the back end.
• On the main Template, users are provided with an interface using which they create different excel
worksheets in a single workbook to process requests which has been further automated to provide
solutions one by one.
• This application provides cent percent efficiency, minimizes manual effort and optimizes engineering
analysis.

• The tool was designed to reduce and eliminate the need to review, validate and compare the Sprint
Parameters with the standard parameter values and bring forth a web based tool to generate the
results which are perfectly aligned with the inputs thus producing high quality output in one go..
• Inputs are log files consisting of site information about multiple eNodeBs and the standard CIQ sheet
to compare parameters values.
• Output is in the form of Dash Boards. One is summary Dash Board for managers and other is detailed
one for users.
• Tool is completely user friendly and has significantly reduced manual effort.

one place. The work process of the team included review of each and every tracker for every carrier
