Description:
Loyalty Program rewards participating card members (CMs) with points based on the
spending activity on their cards. These points can be redeemed for different rewards
offered such as Blue-sky, Membership Rewards etc., In addition, this program also helps in
building repeat business by offering participating CMs something that is not available to
non-participating CMs. This domain houses various products, which in-turn, comprises of
different applications to support various capabilities and features for the different reward,
rebate, and co-brand programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Playing an integral role supporting large initiatives and programs under the
