The circulation was divided into three major categories:
- Public
- Semi-Public (for officials)
- Private (for judges)
- Secured (police & prisoners)
Pedestrian movement:
• All the officials & staff members are provided with a porched entry via
parking lot
• Paved pedestrian pathway is provided from the main campus
entrance to each block for public.
