Scott McAllister, President of Prosci will be visiting Australia in May and while he is here he will be joining us to host a special webinar where we will explore the global trends in Change Management and the areas of focus for Prosci. We would love you to join us as we discuss: What are the questions organisations are asking? What is the focus of change management work being undertaken by Prosci to help organisations build long-term capability to improve adoption rates and resilience? What are we learning from organisations about what works and what does not? We will also be discussing the new approaches and solutions which Prosci is currently working on.
