3. Fill-up booking form and choose a Q-breaks package.
Provide at least 3 destinations (If the package allows a choice of destination) for us to
accommodate your request.
4. Send an email request to customercare@q-breaks.com.
Indicate IR ID, desired location, property, travel dates, number of people you are travelling with
and 3 alternative dates and locations in the event your desired location/date isn’t available.
5. Customer Experience Ambassadors will review your request and respond within 48 to 72
hours.
6. If your choice of package has a booking fee, pay by:
• Credit Card
• eCards
• eVouchers
7. Once your reservation and payment is confirmed, a Customer Experience Ambassador will
email your Confirmation Voucher.
