➢ Perform internal and external inspection of various petroleum plant equipments such as furnace,
exchangers, pressure vessels, storage tanks and piping.
➢ Review of Radiographic films, Monitor and control of weld repair rate by analyzing the repairs.
➢ Review of Radiographic film as per ASME Sec VIII & Approved Procedure.
➢ Witnessing of Mechanical Testing of Simulated Plates, Fit-up and final inspection of Pressure
Vessel, NDE activity like Ultrasonic Examination. Magnetic Particle examination & Dye penetrant
examination as per Approved procedure & Project Specification.
➢ NDT inspection of static equipments including heat exchangers, column, vessels, storage tanks
and piping.
➢ Reporting to section head for inspection of static equipment and quality activities for correctives
measures, replacement and modification to prevent failures.
➢ In hand experience in conducting liquid penetrate testing and interpretation of results.
