  1. 1. REALTY REVIEW – May & June 2014 Real Estate was the strongest hit in last 4 years in the joint state. This single step of creation of state and New Chief Ministers swearing in for next 5 years have cleared the air and growth plan has been set in. Right now, it’s time to buy for short term and long term gains in the market. This has been a waiting moment for so many industries across board who are putting together their vision board and growth numbers in the paper. India on the whole has taken a fast track of development since the new government has come in Delhi and we expect very soon, all the pending real estate regulations will be complete in the order of priority. The only Air which one can breathe is of development and energy in the market. We saw a month full of activities in RE/MAX regions. We toured around the areas of Nellore, Vijayawada, Rajmundry and Vishakhapatnam along with Franchise India shows. We got huge response from the people about their ability to start up a new business in the real estate sector. These cities are positioned superb in terms of long term investment. With the new state and prevailing TAX holiday, it’s time for entrepreneurs to look forward only! Recently we have restructured our regions and look forward for fresh blood in the ownership category of the Different regions within the state. We will look forward for his/ her ability to manage real estate brokerage business with growth in mind in nearby cities, man-management skills and knowledge about local places. A series of days in the Business Opportunities Shows, where we met aspiring investors wanting to start their own business! Starting our tour in Nellore then to Vijayawada, Rajamudary and finally Vizag! An entire day at every location of meeting walk-in prospects, offering business and discussing investment gave us to throw more limelight about an excellent offer. We had close to 200+ enquiries and we have received lot of requests. Especially, Central Andhra shows were quite on the upbeat and we have received lot of orders. SOME REALTY TIPS & BITES –Vastu – Main Entrance Door The main entrance of the house is one of the most important areas. The main entrance is the mouth of a house which brings in main energy and there are certain rules about the dos and don'ts regarding it. Avoid a property which has a door facing South West as it is the entry of the devil energy and brings in struggles and misfortunes. If the wealth energy as per advanced Feng Shui of that house is good, the occupant may prosper during initial 3-4 years. But then may face a down fall. If your house already has When RE/MAX came to India, we noticed that we can’t apply universal business methods everywhere. The ways people deal in different regions differ. The way one person is dealing in Jammu & Kashmir is very different from the way someone deals in Kerala. There are barriers in language, culture and local knowledge etc. Keeping that in mind, India was bi-furcated into regions. These regions are called as Master Regional Franchises like RE/MAX Gujarat, RE/MAX Maharashtra and RE/MAX Rajasthan etc.

Certain gems like Yellow Sapphire, Earth Crystals, and Lead with the Expert's advice can also further reduce the severity of this defect. But it is always better to avoid such properties. West facing door is also not bad for the youngsters as it has an active energy & energy of enjoyment. North West facing door is not so bad. It can bring in health, wealth and prosperity if supported by other Vastu rules. Only thing that the main male member of the house may remain out of the house for a longer time if the door faces west and a female if the door faces north. Normally doors facing East, North, and North East are said to be good doors. But again there are many other things like Cuts, Extensions, Under Ground Water Tanks, Feng Shui (Flying Stars Chart) of the house which decides the wealth and health of the occupant. More on these topics next time! Things a Real Estate Agent should tell his Client On the surface real estate brokerage sounds a fairly simple job. Match buyer seller leads; show them a few properties and close the deal. The reality is shockingly different. The buyer will say a hundred different things or not say anything at all. They are usually unaware of the Nitty-gritty’s of documentation involved during and post the sale. You must also inform them beforehand the additional costs involved for example: The door facing South East is said to be a door which brings in illness, anger and court matters. Two stickers of Gayatri Mantra should be fixed on both the sides of the door from outside. Use of gems like Coral, Yellow Sapphire etc. and copper with a proper advice will further reduce the defects of this door. South facing door brings in sharp energy that disturbs positive energy field of house. Door here means highly active social life. Sometimes it brings in arguments or disagreements. Again fixing two above mentioned Hanumanji's tiles outside the door will help. It can further be protected by using lead, cat's eye etc. But this door if it is in fourth Pada is very good for an occupant.
