The Bungsuan National High School Parents-Teachers Association Officers for the school year
2021-2022 work concordantly amidst the circumstances and the adversities brought by the
pandemic. Giving its best and unassailable duties for the school.
This wouldn’t be possible without the supervision of the Officer-in-Charge, Mr. Rosemeil G.
Dalisay. His prowess has shown beyond comparison. I can attest to how he grasped everything
to its perfection. His dedication toward the fulfillment of the tasks as well as administering to
those with needs is incomparable.
Teamwork: Basis to Infallible Results
6. The Year-End Assembly meeting was called to order at 9:30 in the morning. The
attendees signed the attendance sheet prepared by the school. Since the event
was deemed significant, the gathering was inaugurated by asking for divine
intervention led by Mrs. Ma. Teresa M. Molina T-I (ESP). The assembly was
attended by the PTA officers, parents, and teachers headed by Officer-in-Charge,
Mr. Rosemeil G. Dalisay.
To formally open the assembly, Mrs. Rosebelle S. Baldostamon, MT-I/TEA
President/SHS Coordinator gave her heartfelt words of welcome which was
followed by the PTA treasurer’s financial report. Mrs. Lorebile G. Altomia, the
outgoing PTA treasurer. She disclosed the financial statement of the parents and
teachers from the previous school year and a breakdown of expenses covered by
these contributions. After presenting a comprehensive report of the previous
school year’s inflow and outflow of finances, the outgoing PTA treasurer
emphasized the importance of the contributions given by the parents as well as the
teachers. According to her, augmenting school funds, these contributions greatly
help in the improvement of the learning environment and safety of the school
7. Adding to the listed agenda, was the presentation of the PTA project for the
school year 2021-2022 by SPTA outgoing President, Mr. Jessie P. Fusin. He
unveiled 1 unit of photocopier machine with a total cost of 80, 000 pesos.
He accentuated the gist of the project to the parents and teachers which will
greatly help the students in terms of reproduction of school-related learning
materials, such as modules.
After the presentation of the PTA project was the OIC time. Mr. Rosemeil
G. Dalisay first thanked the PTA Officers, teachers, and parents for their
presence in the meeting. He encourages the parents to continue supporting
the school. He altercates the opening of the school year 2022-2023 on
August 22 of the present year adhering to the DepEd Memorandum to
secure every student’s safety during the conduct of face-to-face classes. The
OIC also shared with the parents that students are not required to wear

insinuations about the agenda. Some raised queries and were given
answers right away.
To end the assembly, Mrs. Catherine B. Dalisay, MT-I/ JHS
Coordinator gave the closing remarks, expressing her gratitude to the
parents for their attendance and for taking heed of their responsibility
in actively taking part in their children’s education. The meeting
ended at exactly 11:30 in the morning.
