OR ► Capital transfer of at least € 350,000 For investing in research activities conducted by public or private scientific institutions involved in the national scientific or technologic system. ► Minimum investment in Portuguese real estate of € 500,000 OR ► Capital transfer of at least € 1,000,000 OR ► Creation of at least 10 jobs OR OR ► Capital transfer of at least € 250,000 For investing in artistic output or supporting the arts for reconstruction or refurbishment of the national heritage, through the local and central authorities, public institutions, public corporate sector, public foundations, private foundations of public interest, networked local authorities, local corporate sector organizations, local associations and public cultural associations, pursuing activities of artistic output, and reconstruction or maintenance of the national heritage. OR ► Capital transfer of at least € 350,000 For purchasing units in investment funds or in venture capital funds incorporated under the Portuguese legislation geared to capitalize enterprises whose investments have a maturity of at least five years, being that at least 60% of it should be made in companies with head office in Portugal. Investors may benefit from a 20% reduction in case of investments made in regions of low population density. Bank account deposit in Portugal | Purchase of Portuguese Public Debt instruments | Purchase of book-entry securities | Purchase of paper securities held individually and not integrated in a central securities’ depository | Purchase of paper securities integrated in a central securities’ depository | Purchase of share capital in commercial companies. OR ► Capital transfer of at least € 350,000 For incorporation of a commercial company with head office in Portugal, combined with the creation of five permanent working jobs | For share capital increase in a commercial company with head office in Portugal, combined with the creation or maintenance of 5 permanent jobs for a minimum period of 3 years.
