the Dead.

the Sahara Desert region of northern Mali. Primarily a blues band, their
songs are rooted in Tuareg culture: the desert surroundings and
peripatetic lifestyle.
For the recording of their 2014 album Emmaar, they sought a location
that offered the familiarity of the desert they were used to, owing to
political instability in their homeland region: with extremist groups
imposing bans on music.

“Run for Love!” is the melodramatic lead story in DC Comics’ Secret
Love series, from 1962. The splash page of the comic features a boy
who appears in the background, clinging to a capsized boat.
The foreground of the picture however, has been reproduced to
highlight clichéd melodrama and depict defiance in tragic situations.
The same reproduction of the foreground incorporates a well known
imposing element from another famous Japanese work that perfectly
blends with the setting of the reproduction.

band. It was a benefit tour to raise funds for the Habitat For Humanity
organisation, which rebuilds homes for displaced people. Switchfoot
frontman Jon Foreman also co-wrote a song with Relient K singer Matt
Thiessen, called Rebuild, for the tour.
The name of this tour is a pun on a seminal 80s debut album of a
famous band. The last word of the album name has been changed to
its antonym, to signify the general activity of the NGOs that were

Wayang is a traditional art from in Java, Indonesia that chronicles
stories from the Ramayana. Originally, it consisted of wooden
puppets depicting Rama, Sita and other mythological characters.
But later on, this form known as wayang golek was replaced by
wayang purwa, which served the same purpose but with shadows
created by using chiseled buffalo hide, thus giving birth to the
concept of shadow puppetry.
What was the cause of the change, which can be worked out from

Richard Lee Stuart was an American professional baseball
player, who plied his trade in the game from 1958 to 1969.
Throughout his career, he was known as a formidable slugger,
but a subpar fielder. In 1963, when he played for the Red Sox,
he led the major leagues with 29 errors, which remains both
Stuart's career high and his team’s single season record for first
basemen.
His struggles are well documented: he was dubbed "Stone
Fingers" and in a more literary vein, "The Ancient Mariner" by
the press and players. But he became better known by the
name X, a wordplay on the name of a hit film released in the
