 Start planning as early as you can
 Adopt a vision that everyone buys into

staging and in breakdown
 What spectators see and do provides the lasting
image but what happens back of house provides
the impact
 Separate food (wet) waste form everything else
 Monitor progress and be prepared to adapt during
the delivery
 Report lessons and share knowledge
