the company and my objective is to enable the team to be
as productive and successful and possible, maintaining an
efficient, happy workplace, building loyalty and increasing

Discuss findings with Monique and Janine
Seek agreement on priorities and areas of concern,
divide into projects
Set expectations, milestones, timelines, task leaders
