CAREER SUMMARY
I am a dedicated human resources coordinator with 3 years experience
in developing efficient process using my knowledge of recruiting
employees' relations and development. In addition that ,I provide
support to human resources function as needed , including record
keeping, file maintenance and HRIS plus oracle system entry. Also
schedule candidates' interviews with hiring manager and manage job
requisitions on applicant tracking system.
I'm currently employed as Hr Coordinator by an international
construction company 'Orascom Roads Construction'. I've participated in
all of these activities with an excellent working experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for recruitment procedures from building the data base, approaching candidates,
maintaining phone and coordinating the technical interviews with the line manager
• Work closely with line managers to develop position profiles and overall needs and requirement
• Assists all hiring Managers in all aspects of the recruitment process. Ensures that managers have
completed all necessary documentation, including job descriptions and interview questionnaire.
Recruits, interviews, and selects candidates to fill vacant positions.. Extends offers of employment to
selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers .
