CAREER SUMMARY
I am a dedicated human resources coordinator with 3 years experience
in developing efficient process using my knowledge of recruiting
employees' relations and development. In addition that ,I provide
support to human resources function as needed , including record
keeping, file maintenance and HRIS plus oracle system entry. Also
schedule candidates' interviews with hiring manager and manage job
requisitions on applicant tracking system.
I'm currently employed as Hr Coordinator by an international
construction company 'Orascom Roads Construction'. I've participated in
all of these activities with an excellent working experience.
I am looking for a new opportunity to challenge it and prove my experts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for recruitment procedures from building the data base, approaching candidates,
maintaining phone and coordinating the technical interviews with the line manager
• Work closely with line managers to develop position profiles and overall needs and requirement
• Assists all hiring Managers in all aspects of the recruitment process. Ensures that managers have
completed all necessary documentation, including job descriptions and interview questionnaire.
Recruits, interviews, and selects candidates to fill vacant positions.. Extends offers of employment to
selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers .
• Prepares a short list for interviews and simulation needed.
• Manages paperwork required for new hires and personnel file.
• Assists in developing job descriptions for all levels in the organization.
• Assists in the development of HR forms.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational
objectives.
• Responsible for employee medical insurance processing and policy renewal
• Responsible for employee Life insurance enrollment and policy renewal
• Responsible for Preparation of Employee salary and performances data history for HR manger to
perform annual salary increments and promotions needed
• Calculate employees attendance in terms of deductions and overtime through the HRIS.
• Responsible for the financial transfers among the H.Q and the sites
• Handling all the recruitment assignment of manpower planning ,sourcing ,the hiring approvals ,follow the
hiring document.
