As a child of the internet and a student of the social sciences, my passion is understanding real world social networks and interactions using the tools of social & data science. I work as the Senior Officer - Research & Advocacy at the Digital Empowerment Foundation. We seek to bridge shortfalls in development through the means of democratising information access in India. My primary interest lies in the area of Digital Exclusion and looking at the interplay of other types of exclusion and their implication on engagement in the online space. My additional interests lie in the intersection of psychology, environmental studies, design philosophy and data science.
