Supporting legal team to ensure timely handoff bounce cheque to apply sec-135 on delinquent customers and
securing instalments within defined due dates in several delinquency buckets.
Monitoring collections & recovery processes, devising and setting up new processes & procedure for improving
collections & recovery time (M-collect).
Central Audit control
Duty to assist investigators with relevant data and proof

Deliver RCA ( Root cause analyses ) to board members with corrective actions
