maintenance activities. It is implemented in clarify 8.1 architecture. It is mainly used as
Order management and logistics tracking application to maintain inventory history. Apart
from management of products it’s also tracks the deactivation requests and their renewal
process. Clear Logistics, Clear Support, Policies & Customer and Product Manager are
the extensively used modules.
Project Scope and Contribution:
Building or Modifying Components
Customizing Amdocs Clarify CRM to meet business requirements and Configuring the
application by writing Clear Basic code and performing UI changes.
Preparing UNIX and PL/SQL scripts.
Preparing High Level and Low Level Design
For this I need to map the high level technical details for the functional requirement
provided in Feasibility document. Client interaction is required to write this most critical
document.

Management. Configuration of these products was managed through Service request
created in ticket tracking tool BMC remedy.

Description: The Vodafone BI project is a data migration project run under Metadata
Driven Warehouse Platform (MDWP). The project involves the ETL processes related to
the Vodafone GMBH and operations. The work involves the use of the latest tool build
on the top of Ab Initio called the ACE (Application Configuration Environment), BRE
(Business Rule Environment). The data warehouse environment has different ETL
processes that are implemented using several different technical infrastructures.
Changes to ETL processes are more difficult to initiate and maintain. So, This Current
ETL tool (ABINITIO - ACE) is chosen to reduce maintenance costs and increase the
performance.
Project Scope and Contribution:
Building or Modifying Components
Installed various applications required for the process like apache-tomcat, Co>op’s, AG,
Op-console, help files and ACE.
Configuration and setup of environment in development, testing and pre-prod servers is
done based on MCF.
Involved in release management activities like migration of code from one environment
to other, performed loading and checkout activities and updating the status for defects in
MQC.
Created scripts to perform house-keeping jobs like backup of EME and MHUB, for
monitoring bridge & reporter jobs.
Requesting key bundle for licenses, installing the key bundle in the server and creation
of ACE users in AG.

Description: NCRM is one of the most critical system of Vodafone Spain. It is
implemented in Amdocs Clarify CRM 11.5 architecture. It is mainly a clear call center
application used for management of contacts. Clear call center and Clear Support are
the two modules used extensively. NCRM is the front end application for Vodafone used
by agents to give service to their customers. Apart from management of contacts it’s also
initiates the provisioning request for prepaid customers for different price plan,
Supplementary Service, promotions, discounts and bonuses.

configuration in TUXEDO.
Development of Shell scripts as scheduled jobs.

Visited client side on business visa for 3 months in September 2009 to get the
prestigious project and worked as onsite coordinator.
Completed onsite assignment for 6 months and worked as onsite coordinator in Spain.
