 Calculo de las toneladas de concentrado de Pb
PUNTO 1: 1=3 + 12
Los números denotan distintos puntos en los cuales se
determina el balance
 Calculo de las toneladas de Relave
PUNTO 3: 12=1 – 3
Relave = 85 – 8.213 = 76.78 TMS
 Calculo del tonelaje del primer scavenger
PUNTO 10: 10 = 12 + 11
Tonelaje del primer relave scavenger = a la cabeza del
segundo scavenger.
Pb que ingresa es igual al Pb que sale en espuma y relave.
1.2(X) = 1.0 (76.78) + 10 (X – 76.78)
X = 78.55 TMS
 Calculo del tonelaje de las espumas del segundo scavenger
PUNTO 11: 11 = 10 - 12
Tons Espuma SCV2 = Ton. Alimento – Ton. Relave
Tons. Espuma SCV2 = 78.55 – 76.8
Tons. Espuma SCV2 = 1.75 TM.
 Calculo del tonelaje del alimento al primer scavenger
PUNTO 8: 8 = 10 + 9
Cab. SCV1: Rel Scv1 + Esp Scv1
2.5 (X) = 78.55 (1.2) + 18 (X – 78.55)
X = 85.10 TMS.
 Calculo del tonelaje de espumas del segundo Rougher
PUNTO 9: 9 = 8 – 10
Esp. SCV1 = 85.10 – 78.55 = 6.6 TMS
 Calculo del tonelaje de alimentación al segundo Rougher
PUNTO 2: 2 = 8 – 9 + 6 – 11 o 2 = 8 – 9 -11 + 6
3X = (85.10)2.5 – (6.6)18 – 10(1.75) + 25(X Ton. + 6.6 + 1.75
– 85.10)
X = 83.67 TMS
 Calculo del tonelaje de las espumas del segundo Rougher
PUNTO 6: 6 = 2 + 9 – 11
83.67 + 6.6 + 1.75 – 85.10 = 6.92 TMS.
 Calculo del agua que circula en cada punto
 Calculo del flujo de pulpa

83.67 𝑥 74.5
